We hope you LOVE everything you ordered, but here’s what to do if something doesn’t work out:

  • Returns must be mailed to : PO Box 114 Lowndesboro, AL 36752. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please include your original invoice.

  • All returns must be made within 10 DAYS of the date you received your package for a refund or within 30 days for store credit.

  • All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • We cannot guarantee the item/size you want will be in stock for an exchange.

  • All sale items, items discounted more than 20% off, pre-ordered items, custom orders, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All orders will be shipped within 1 business day unless otherwise stated.

  • We ship all orders USPS Priority Mail. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know via the contact form.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you.
