If you need to return or exchange anything, please reach out to us via our contact form.
All returns/exchanges must be made within 7 DAYS. (7 days of the delivery date on the tracking info or from the date of the event you purchased from.)
All returns from online orders will be refunded in your original form of payment.
All returns from events (pop ups, trunk shows, etc.) will be refunded in store credit.
All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
Exchanges are only available on items in stock.
All sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
All shipping costs are non-refundable.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.
If you need expedited shipping, please let us know via the contact form. We will do our best to make it happen for you!
We are not responsible for packages returned or lost due to an incorrect shipping address on the order.
If your tracking information confirms that your order has been delivered to your order address, we are no longer responsible for these packages. If you did not receive your order, you must contact USPS to investigate the issue.
